Executive Chef David Arseneau brings local flavours and creativity to the table in Chelsea. Raised in the Ottawa region, he has always been inspired by all that surrounds him.

A unique dining experience awaits you in the Panorama section of the Spa with mouthwatering gourmet options available at the Shack and Biërgarden. Not to be confused with the Panorama Lounge, the Panorama section offers gorgeous and breathtaking views of the area.

The Biërgarden offers exclusive organic microbrewed beer from local breweries and is the perfect place to indulge in one of our specialty Nordik cocktails. Paired with seasonal dishes and bites from the Shack, the focus here is fun food and drinks to enjoy whenever.
